Meet the Facilitators:

Annie Wegner LeFort: has been creating connections in the food and wellness world for 25 years as a chef, yoga teacher, cooking and food preservation instructor, health coach, forest therapy guide, and dancer. The intentions for her work are based in healthy eating, regular movement practice, and building community.

As an empath, Annie’s dharma has been to create safe spaces where people feel free to share what’s on their hearts and to let their spirits move them. She hopes that her work will help you find balance, nourishment, and a spark to your heart sense.

Tolu Augustina: is a wellness guide, and a gentle space holder devoted to supporting others in their personal and spiritual growth. With a deep belief in the body’s innate wisdom and our ability to come back home to ourselves, she offers heart-centered practices that help others reconnect with their truth.

She invites you to slow down, listen inward, and explore what alignment means for you. Her work is grounded, intuitive, and deeply nurturing, ideal for anyone seeking to heal, expand, and embody their inner light.
