Reconnect with Joy is a yoga & nature retreat blending practices of movement and stillness that encourage you to connect with your Self and the joy that always exists within.

Come together as a community of joy-seekers to shake off the frost of winter time blues with yoga, hiking, nourishing food, crafty activities, cold plunges, sauna & warm soaks, all while mindfully planting seeds for future you and re-connecting with the joy that is already within.

From Forest Bathing to providing nutrients essential to well-being, nature holds many qualities for healing. We will connect with nature together through outdoor yoga on the covered pavilion, hikes through the nearby State Park(s), and by eating nutrient dense and colorful meals. Meals can be made to account for dietary restrictions, please be sure to note any that you may have during registration!

To encourage connection with your inner source of feel-good, we will share ways to practice mindfulness and yoga beyond the mat. Further invigorate your feel-good hormones with an opportunity to experience a thermal spa. We will get warm, cozy, and relaxed in the sauna and/or hot tubs, then follow it up with a cold-plunge! The on-site Nordic Spa also has massage chairs, a sensory deprivation float pod, and a relax pool!

Sprinkled throughout our weekend together, there will be down time to relax and connect with other attendees.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: 

If you cancel your reservation and we are able to book someone else in your spot, an automatic refund will be processed back to your original payment method (please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable). We will be unable to provide refunds for cancellations that are not able to be re-booked. In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled, all attendees will be notified in advance via email and will be given a full refund, including payment processing fees. 

Pets, smoking, and littering are not permitted on site. 

This retreat is intended for women ages 18+.
